Hi, Iām Nickesha
(she/her)
I have a genuine passion for helping individuals realize their full potential. I specialize in treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, offering tailored support and evidence-based interventions.
Mental illness can be isolating and leave you with doubts about who you are. My goal is to empower you as you explore your core beliefs, challenge your core fears, and build a life you love. I promise you that I will approach our work together, with intentionality and a focus on goal-directed steps.
I have dedicated my career to supporting adolescents, young adults, and individuals of all ages. My professional journey has included roles in residential programs, college campus counseling centers, intensive outpatient programs, and partial hospitalization programs. This diverse background has enriched my ability to provide comprehensive care to those in my service.
In my free time, I find solace in reading fantasy novels, staying informed through podcasts, and cherishing moments with my loved ones.
