Coaching

I help individuals navigate difficult situations and challenge the cycle of behaviors such as  isolating, acting impulsively, sabotaging, and acting from a place of fear.  These behaviors can increase conflict at work, in friendships, and family dynamics. I will identify and practice coping skills in session,  strengthen problem-solving skills, and explore ways to develop healthy relationships . Coaching is helpful to discover life that is balance, purposeful, and direction.
